The girl Dara that works in the fish dept has the absolute worst attitude ive ever dealt with in public service she should not have that job at all im a customer i expect to get treated with kindness and respect no a sour ticked off at the world attitude! I am so glad Petco finally came to town i will never go back to Petsmart and i wouldnt recommend anyone else did either!

Every time that I visit Petsmart, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Their animals also seem pretty well taken care of, especially compared to the new Petco location. Everyone seems knowledgeable about the animals and products.

this is the worst place to bring a dog for grooming. on several occasions i've been told we needed an appointment to groom our dogs. It clearly says on the website for Petsmart that "No Appointment Necessary". On Valentines day at 7am the girl (Brunette girl) working was rude and sarcastic by saying I needed an appointment to leave my dogs. This was the second time I had this girl working and both times she has done this. All the other girls have never stated that we needed an appointment. Weve been going to this store since it opened and we have never needed an appointment until this girl started working there. It clearly a Racial issue with this girl and she seems to be quite lazy.
