I wanted to take a moment to express my level of satisfaction with Red River Bank. I was a loyal Hibernia customer for many years and left their service in 2003 to move to Red River Bank when I found myself regarded as what I could best describe as an “anonymous nobody.” Since that time it has been a pleasure to work with their staff. Every employee is genuinely interested in helping customers – a trait that is increasingly hard to find in business today. Checking, savings, boat loans, car loans, mortgages, lines of credit – they have taken care of me every time.



I applaud their efforts to build a strong community bank. They have done an excellent job of sending out a consistent brand message – they are a strong organization and the employees exhibit superior customer service in every level of customer interaction.



The Red River Bank team has helped take the complexity and difficulty out of both personal and commercial banking for me. It is very satisfying and comforting knowing that there is a group of competent and trusted advisors waiting to take care of me if needed. I have made it a point to send friends, family, and peers to bank with Red River Bank.

I've been banking with Red River Bank for several years & I think it is a wonderful bank. All the tellers are always very nice and politely speak everytime I drive through the drive-thru. I personally deal with the public on a daily basis so I know how old it can get by repetitively saying the same thing all day long. When we go through the drive-thru with our dogs in the back of the truck, the nice ladies always send them a doggy treat. Also, we haul a trailer behind my husband's truck on a regular basis and when he has to run by the bank on the way home he just parks, runs up to the drive thru line, and they quickly return him a receipt for his deposit. Thank you employess of Red River Bank for being so wonderful!
