DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS. Once they have your money they aren't concerned with any issues you'll have with their equipment. I rented a waterslide for my nephew's birthday. I spoke to what seemed like the owner, Tony, to reserve it. They wont give you an estimated delivery time. Well, they deliver the slide and show me how to hook my hose to their hoses connected to the slide. I realise their hoses have holes in them so I call them back and instead of coming out to service their slide they direct me to do it. They refused to come out. It was such a hot day I couldn't let my nephew and his guest use the slide because it was too hot. I called multiple times and was ignored. I finally reach Mr. Tony the next morning and send him a text stating how unpleased I was. He replies back with a very unprofessional and rude text message beginning with "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME". I just wanted him to refund or compensate me for the slide I couldn't use. This company is bad business.
