My elderly mother stopped at the store to get batteries for her hearing aid. She wasn't wearing them at the time. The person at the store looked in her file, but their system must be very poor, because they couldn't tell what batteries she needed. They gave her the wrong ones, not we have to travel 25 miles one way to exchange. I feel they were the ones that made the mistake and they should send new ones in the mail.
