Well, considering I never even got the item it is kind of hard to rate. I needed a knee scooter that night so I could take the kids trick or treating. I had been waiting 2 weeks to get one since foot surgery. Called Apria that morning and was told that yes they did have one and that I could get it that same day if I got the insurance approval to them. Well, 4 hours later I was still waiting because the central office couldn't seem to talk to the actual store to see if they had one in stock and then if they even rented them (and of course I couldn't call them direct!) and kept asking me for more paperwork, but only after I would continually call them back for a status. Very unorganized, if the central office is the only place you can call into, they should know what is in stock, if the equipment is available for rental and exactly what paperwork you need the first time you call. Yes, it was a short suspense, but pretty sure that you deal with insurance every day and could at least know what stock you had on hand. If they don't know the basics, then why bother with a central office line?
