Doctors Hoffman and Cuiper are excellent. However, their nurse, 'Sally' is rude and borderline unprofessional in both her manner and communication towards patients. I even received feedback from other patients who were in the waiting area that heard her tone and attitude spoken to me as I was checking out. And this behavior from her is consistent every time I have visited this practice. She needs to go look for another profession.
