Dr. Buxo and associates disappointed me in every way possible. As a new patient I had read good reviews and decided to take a chance. That was a chance I should have never taken. Not only did he try to sell me a prescription I repeatedly said I did not want, he overcharged me for unnecessary "specimen handling." If you have ever paid money to get your urine sample taken to a lab (that is in network) then you are getting ripped off. I went as far as consulting my HR department as well as my insurance provider and they both informed me that Dr. Buxo was not allowed to charge this fee. After countless letters of complaint to the doctor's office, and no help whatsoever I was forced to file a claim against them (which is still processing). DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR!
