This place is awesome. I took them my own art work and they made it so much better. It was my first tattoo and they were very patient explaining every step in the process.

Walking in there the owners look like there from the Appalachian Mountains..my tattoo was expensive but-- it turned out awesome! Definitely recommend!

I had Doug of the Great Southern Tattoo Company in Alexandria do a tattoo in my forearm of my college logo. He did a very good job at a reasonable price. The logo on my arm is exactly the same as on my college's website, including a rather difficult color match. Good job Doug.

-- got my first tattoo just yesterday and couldn't imagine a better experience! Even the clients were friendly! Says a lot about the joint if there are repeat customers in line...results are worth the wait!

very clean store and work area. all employees very helpful. will answer any and all question before and after working on you. tell u how to care for tat. if any problems they tell u to come back or call them. uncle charlie , shorty, dee, and jason are great. they are all very friendly and tell jokes. helps to keep u relaxed. two of them have been doing tats over 30 years, 20 years for dee, and 10 years for jason. so stop bye and just visit even if your not sure , just ask and learn. good luck
