I'm nearly 70 years old, a 30 year Army veteran who had an extremely physical Army occupation including combat in Vietnam and several years as a paratrooper. Those experiences now have me dealing with continuous back and leg damage and pain.

I was referred to King Street two or so years ago for chiropractic treatment, and from that first visit, I felt well cared for. I also feel like I'm in a first class continuing education curriculum.

Doctors Trauben and Borenstein do far more than chiropractic adjustments. They each have a genuine interest in both healing and educating every patient. They are dedicated and skilled teachers who focus on teaching healthy behaviors for the long haul. For example, they explain how the body reacts and responds to things like vitamins, exercise, and more.

But, their 8 weeks to wellness program is the PhD level treatment. They package chiropractic treatment and fundamental health principles into the best organized information and action guide I have ever seen. I think of the guide as a detailed text book that ties everything together.

Based on a deliberate analysis of each patient's blood markers, xrays, weight, flexibility, strength to name a few, they produce a tailored program for each individual over an 8 week period.

I jumped on it. Chiropractic adjustments, diet and supplement products, supervised and unsupervised exercise, massage, meditation, water intake, etc. It's great. 15 pounds have magically disappeared so far.

For me, those 8 weeks are at an end, but I've learned a whole lot. The principles they've taught me will endure for as long as I can apply them.

King Street Chiropractic Wellness Center is a first class operation through and through. Great facility, staff and management.
