My husband and I have been patients here for a year. We have had two cleanings and my husband has had a filling replaced. The dentists were ok (we saw two different ones), however, my husband had to go back two times as the filling fell out a month after it was put in. Annoying, but it happens. The really annoying part of this office is the billing office- its a mess. They had a miscommunication with my insurance company for a simple cleaning and there is a balance on my account. Rather than try to work it out with the insurance company directly, the would notify me of the balance to which I had to be the go-between. I eventually had to pay out of pocket for the cleaning while the insurance company and dentist office worked it out. Now that it has been resolved, I am still waiting for my refund check from the dentist office for the cleaning (they have now been paid twice). Had the dentist been amazing, it would have been worth the billing horror aftermath. But he wasn't, so we'll find another dentist.
