Small law firm specializing in wills and trusts. Our concept is that most people do not need the complex, expensive living trusts sold by most law firms. So, we do wills and springing trusts for $300 for an individual or $500 for a couple. Most wills take 1-2 hours and can be completed onsite. We can do this because we specialize in just wills and trusts. We will happily refer you to other attorneys if you need more complex planning or other legal services. Things to Consider: • If you are over 40, you should have a will. • If you are a parent, you should have a will with a springing trust, a temporary and simple legal instrument for handling inheritance for children in compliance with Virginia law (§ 64.2-901) until they reach adulthood. • If you are a pet owner, you can specify custody with a will. • Most wills take an hour to prepare.
