Short Version beware of realtors wearing short skirts walking up stairs in front of men from cultures where women wear burkas. Beware of female realtors attempting to get you to sign blank documments because the mgr. of sales at place you want to buy says to sign. Beware of realtors who attempt to cover a mgr. who has pulled a switch and bait. Beware of female realtors who take you to homes where they are cooking to cover up the true smell which you will find in the basement. Do not pass up the chance to boldly open the door walk in and see if a baby is really in a crib in a house that smells dank damp and moldy in the basement that is staged to make one think a person really uses it.

2. Always take clear pictures
3. Record any and every ans. To every quest. You ask.
4. Make sure you read your contract before signing very carefully.
5. Do not let anyone tell you to bring your contract back in and allow them to x out pgs and change address.
6. GET THE LOT NUMBER AND DEMAND THE PERSON SIGN NEXT TO UR SIGNATURE THAT IT IS IN FACT THE LOT NUMBER.
7. IT appears builders have a specific block that is just like the models. They will tell u all of them are sold and try to show u models of a lesser quality with appliances that are leftover and installed in the same.
Walk away run away crawl away but get away.
8. Beware of realtors that tell you they will be out of town and pass you to a fellow realtor who thinks they can sell you their junk properties or wear u dn. Again run!!!!!!!
