Lori is a gem! Having never taken a Pilates class, I didn't know what to expect and was skeptical that I would stick with it. That was two years ago. Lori made Pilates fun and something that I look forward to every week. She is a patient, honest, and thoughtful instructor, who motivates and works with me to achieve my goals. Bottom line, I am stronger and healthier because of Lori's exceptional guidance.
