This guy Jim Hughes (MAILBOXXRESS) is off the wall. I was on his website to purchase address numbers for my mailbox. He called me and started off rude and said I could only purchase the numbers if I was purchasing a mailbox, I said it doesn't say that on your website. He said "You're not gonna take money out of my pocket" He is a chump. I have not come across someone so rude in a very long time. SO BUYERS BEWARE, FALSE ADVERTISING.......IT DOESN'T STATE ANY WHERE ON THE WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN'T PURCHASE ACCESSORIES UNLESS YOU BUY A MAILBOX.......I HUNG UP ON HIM WHEN HE WAS SO RUDE TO ME, THEN HE CALLED BACK AND GOT INTO IT WITH MY HUSBAND, THEN HE TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT WE WERE TERRIBLE PEOPLE, I DON'T EVEN KNOW THIS GUY,,,,,,,,,WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE WHO WAS ONLY TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. ......SHAME ON YOU JIM HUGHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#########
