Dr. Matias is an exceptional doctor. She treats the whole person, not part. Dr. Matias is a teaching doctor in that she takes the time to explain everything to you in layman's terms. After hours I have often received a phone call from her, responding to an earlier call. The moment your test results come back, Dr. Matias has a conference with you regarding the results. Yes, she is a top doctor anywhere, but should definitely be included in The Washingtonian Magazine among Washington's Finest Doctors.
