I specified that the number 1 concern I had was schedule. I had ceramic tiling placed in the kitchen and bathrooms. On the invoice it stated that it would be diagonally placed. When Sharam discovered this was the case, he tried to charge me additional for this service until I pointed out the invoice stating diagonal design. was pleased with installation. Next hardwood flooring was placed in the dining room and stripped/refinished in the living room. I was pleased with the install. Then came cabinets. This was a disaster. Measurements were taken and a schematic drawn up. When the cabinets were installed, the lower cabinets did not align with a window as was the case previously. The job was completed with the cabinets installed 3-4 inches to the right of the window. As well, one cabinet either came damaged or was damaged during installation. Schedule was delayed while awaiting a new one. No word yet on whether the cabinet will align with the window. Stay tuned.
