My name is Marie Taylor-Morrison and I've been taking professional photographs since leaving school at 16. I started my career at the Express and Star Newspaper in the United Kingdom. Working at one of the largest regional newspapers gave me an opportunity to take photographs not only all over the UK, but all over the World. I've photographed many events and news items, from royal visits to check presentations, the size, scope and location has been very varied, but the common love I've always had was photographing children. Children are always honest when they're having their picture taken and this honesty has created some very memorable pictures for me. One of my more memorable assignments was at a Children's orphanage in Romania. It was a desolate and soulless place, but through it all the children we're smiling and always honestly welcoming. That assignment won me a photographic award which I still value today. I believe in collaborating with my clients to capture the unique images they seek. I offer a variety of different services, depending on my clients’ needs. I do not have a set price list, because each event is unique and requires different tools and time commitments.
