Provided by YP.comNanotech brought to life my dead Dell computer. It was so bad that I was turned down by Geek Squad and few other computer shops. They all said that it is not possible because of ***insert bunch of tech words that I did not neither have desire to understand***I did not care much for the computer as I knew that eventually I will need to get new one but the DATA, pictures, files I had on it was documenting last few years of my life, family vacations, first few steps of my daughter and much more. I was determined to have it back. Apparently, it was possible as the Nanotech guys retrieved my files without problem and gave me the option of fixing my laptop. Few parts and few days later my computer was up and running!!! I highly recommend this place!

Provided by YP.comNanotech charged me $300 to repair my computer and I have nothing to show for it. Before you think about hiring them I would suggest you take a quick look at what I experienced over a six week period to repair a 3-year old laptop.
Misdiagnosed the problem: I brought my HP laptop into the shop and told them that it was showing symptoms of a motherboard malfunction but that I wanted to confirm it before deciding what to do. They disagreed with my assessment and several weeks later tried to hand me back my computer that was supposedly "repaired" but still didnt start up. After reexamining the computer, they called me to say that it was in fact a motherboard problem.
Slow to repair: It took them three weeks to accurately diagnose the problem (well outside their advertised 48 hour window) and another three weeks to replace the motherboard once they figured out what the problem was.
Poor customer service: The company kept blowing through deadlines, so often in fact that they told me after awhile to make sure I call first before showing up, just to confirm that my computer was repaired when they had told me it was going to be fixed. I contacted them over email after my computer broke again one week after their four week warranty expired to see if they could just do a data transfer for my computer, but they ignored it. As a small company interested in expanding their customer base, I think that was a terrible decision, but that was their call.

Provided by YP.comThe guys from NanoTech saved my computer and me. My computer crushed and I thought it is going to cost a fortune. I was surprised how fast the work was done. I didn't have to pay for diagnostic services as other places wanted to charge me $60 just for letting me know what is wrong with my computer. I received a phone call few hours after I dropped my computer to authorize the repair. I feel I got a fair service for the fair price done by professionals. I would strongly recommended as a fast, affordable and professional place.
