I've eaten in most Thai restaurants in the area, R & N has some of the best food, tasty, and presented well. It's pleasant and cozy atmosphere is great for couples. It is small, and parking is limited, and R&N abuts a similarly sized fast-food Mexican restaurant.



You won't be disappointed in the food. In winter, some spots get a little cooler, but a sweater will suffice. The service is excellent also. Enjoy.

I don't know what the other reviewer was thinking! Rice and Noodles can easily be seen from the road, and they do serve some desserts! Granted, the place is small, and the dessert menu is limited to a few items. I frequently order delivery from here, and service is always super fast and friendly. The food is great, I particularly enjoy the green curry with veggies and tofu, their spring rolls, and the pumpkin custard.
