Being used to living is clean and sanitary apartments, Sacramento Square is by far the worse managed and customer-friendly facility I have had to deal with.

After several months of living in my apartment and cooling and ventilating (which has poor natural ventilation...) This smell and constant dampness came over my clean clothes and carpet area. What I later found was disturbing.

The mold in the building(s) is so thick that it began to seep into and around my windows. After mentioning this to the management, I began to notice a large mold area forming at the ceiling and wall area. I took it upon myself to scrub the mold from my windows which isnt entirely the easiest thing to do.

This spot was cleaned up after heavy requests from the managment company and threats to call the housing authority.



The mold smell is horrid and extremely unhealthy.
