I seriously don't understand the haters writing about this place. I have gone here for years now (including recently, and I have seen no change from mom-and-pop to horrible new management mentioned below), and I have never once had a bad experience. I have found them to be FARRRRRR less expensive than the competition, fast, efficient, reliable, and kind. They open early, close late, are in the middle of Old Town, are close to Braddock Road, and make me feel completely safe trusting them with my vehicle--without charging a ton.



I've never used them for U-Haul service, so I can't attest to that, but I have never waited more than a couple of minutes to get someone helping me, and the work done on my car rarely has taken more than a day. They don't push you to get extra work done, don't charge obscene rates for labor, and always make me feel like I am getting the best service at the fairest cost. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible service!! I went to this place for the first time thinking its a shell approved service center. I needed oil change for my car and this guy showed me the shell oil that he is gonna use. But then I found out that they are used some cheap knockoff instead of using the shell oil and on top of that they charged me $43. When I googled online I found that the motor oil they use is just $2 per quart so they were charging me the shell motoroil price for a cheap motor oil. I wouldnt have known that they didnt use the right oil if I hadnt peeked inside the garage. When I protested this guy told me that if I dont like it I should go somewhere else. I would definitely take this to shell. I am worried now as to what kind of motor oil did they put in my car's engine
