Do not patronize!!!! These people are unprofessional. Don't give them your business. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding this situation because these people shouldn't be allowed to do this. I wanted to get tree braids done for my birthday. I paid $100 for human hair. I paid $140 for the style. When I went hair braids fell out. I went back they were fixed by "stylist" Blen and a refund promised by Li Li if any more problems. 1 week and a half later majority of hair fell out. Mostly all of it! I contacted Li Li. NO Response...... I feel like crying. I have no hair for my birthday and no more money to fix my hair for my birthday������������

This tgi Style & beauty Salon hair braiding shop is a joke. They do not “No” how to braid or talk to customers (Bad customer service). The ladies doing my hair stopped to talk on their cell phones, stopped multiple times to talk to friends and family and do another people’s hair. I had an appointment but, that didn’t mean anything. I asked for Tight braids and they gave me loose, slipping, multiple length and thickness size twist that I did not ask for. I asked them to fix it because, I only got them done five days ago and the owner/manager said “My hair was dirty” so, she couldn’t fix my hair that had Untwist, slipped out and to short to see or hold with two fingers. She didn’t even offer to give me my money back of $140.00 or a discount; just a sorry. I will not go back nor; will I refer anyone there.

worst management . The female manager and the male manager are very rude. It is hard to get help in this store. I walked in to find the right color for a front wig and walked out with nothing because of the rude attitude of the manager. The place is ok but the people who work there are very rude.
