The homes are fine, and affordable despite their proximity to the metro. The homeowners' association has a severe customer service problem though. They make amateur mistakes like planning major construction projects which impact parking without checking with nearby developments, so everyone is blocking their parking at the same time. But then when asked for help, even when dealing with the fallout from their own mistakes, they just shrug and blow you off. The fees you pay don't buy you very much.
