No basis understanding of what customer service really is... Pharmacist Shaunte said was in charge at the time when asked for the branch manager. Due to the error of the doctor's office, this pharmacy was not able to accommodate my request to fill the prescription for elderly person, due to absence of skills as a manager. This particular location takes 1-2 hurs to fill the prescription. So, there were 0 ppl in the line, but the wait time will be 45min-1hour, where she was specifically asked to possibly expedite the service for a personin great need. This I call absurd. No promotion for these type of ppl should be ever given, especially in that environment of business. Where care for others should come first and ability to sense the urgency. Again, 0 ppl in front of the counter!!!!!!!!
