Provided by YP.comJodi was not only an amazing officiant, she was also the photographer for our wedding!
My husband and I got married in July 2011 and met with Jodi a few months earlier to discuss the pictures, ceremony, and vows (non-religious for us). She took the time to talk with us on a personal level as well and made wonderful suggestions and gave advice about our big day, which was so helpful, and she didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want to.
The day of the wedding we met her in old town Alexandria for pictures in the Carlyle Gardens and at the waterfront before finishing at the boutique hotel where we had the ceremony. We got the pictures on a CD a few weeks later-all of them were incredible!! (And considering it started raining in the middle of the pictures while we were outside, everyone took it in stride and with a sense of humor.)
As our officiant she was able to incorporate my 3 year old son into the ceremony and the vows (one of her suggestions from the first meeting) and personalized them with a few words that we requested to make them unique just for us. At the end of the ceremony she took more photos of the entire group and stayed during our cocktail hour to chat with our guests. This took so much pressure off of my husband and myself because we knew none of our guests felt left out!!!
I would recommend Jodi and Waterfront Wedding Services to EVERYONE. This should be your FIRST call! Plus you get an incredible officiant and photographer in one (at an amazing price for the area).
-Jodi, Thank you for everything you did and all the time and attention you put into our ceremony and photographs to make what should have been a stressful day almost carefree. I have been, and will continue to recommend you to anyone I know who is planning their special day.

Provided by YP.comThis was the most perfect Valentine's Day wedding that I could have imagined. Even though it was a little cold the service was romantic and sweet. My husband and I eloped to Alexandria for our wedding.(!) There were a lot of different choices, but we chose Valentine's Day because it is the perfect day for love!! Our colors were red and white of course!
I didn't think that I would be able to find an available minister in Northern Virginia on Valentine's Day for a wedding, but we did! They were cheap and kept the service so sweet! The water was beautiful and the floating dock was a hit with us.! It was in the old towne of Alexandria which is really pretty and near a lot of really nice restaurants (we ate at the Chart House). I would highly recommend this company as they made the event perfect and took great pictures to.
