We have lived here as tenants for 3 years and love all the things to do around the community. Only downside its not within walking distance to a lot of things and there are a lot of rules and regulations of course because you as dealing with condo units. They do a lot of shuttle bus trips but none for the "younger" residents that are living there or currently moving in. A lot of the trips are during the day and during the week that makes it harder for people who are still working to attend. Most of the residents here are the original owners from when the units were built in the 70s.



Again over all nice place with all the pools, convenience store, dry cleaners etc. located on the property... but I would not buy here.
