This HOA is the worst part of this property. They are so selective in their enforcement of rules/community bylaws. If you complain, attend meetings or email regarding issues they will retaliate by threatening to tow, fine, and write citations. They are rude, will tell you to move if you are unhappy, and clearly lack in professionalism and management skills when dealing with frustrated homeowners. When I purchased this property I was told that the HOA fees would not be raised because of the great state of the property and its finances. Not so! In less then a year, HOA fees raised, I'm not looking forward to next year and what else they hit you with. This property has only a pool as an amenity ..... only one amenity and fees are sky high.

The neighborhood is nice and the people, for the most part, are great. There are a few exceptions, but we all know who they are. The neighborhood is clean, but DO NOT rent the community clubhouse. They will find an excuse to take your refundable deposit.

We pick this place for several reason. The main reason is because is very close to work second neighborhood looks nice . Everything was fine until we moved in . We realized that the apartment have a lot of issues we Contact the person in charge it took then couple weeks to Answerback. When they finally did it took another week for them to sent someone over ,is being 2 month and I'm still waiting in them. I'm more than ready to move I out of here, this people don't care about there tenant only about there money . I would not recommend this place to anyone, I only had a bad experience with them.
