I ordered and paid for an item back in February which was never shipped. I have reached out numerous times to see what happened and if my order would be coming. The first time I was assured it would be shipped and it never came. I have since requested a refund, to which there has been no response. Really frustrating that I paid, never received the product, and have been avoided since. So no product, no refund, be careful doing business with Kirby Johnson. All I can say is I'm disappointed he didn't make things right.
