They did not do the work we agreed on when I dropped off my shoes, and they still charged me. I asked if I could just take them because I will have to take them somewhere else to be fixed and that I didn't think I should pay. He told me that unfortunately I still had to pay - and that I was quoted the wrong price.

I didn't feel like arguing. I just wanted my shoes back. I will never go back here again.

If I could give ZERO stars on here then, that would be my rating. This place is a horrible business. Do not bring your items here unless you never want to see them again! Brought in a pair of boots for a simple zipper repair and was given my boot back stained with glue on the leather making the boot useless. My over $100 pair of leather boots cost me the price of the zipper fix and now I had to purchase a NEW pair of leather boots. The owners are so unprofessional and clearly do not put the customer first. Horrible communication. They don't take responsibility for their faults. I really urge customers to take their business elsewhere!! I have a lot of friends with a lot of shoes that I've told to never use this business and hopefully the word will get out.

Excellent workmanship, reasonably priced, and fast. I highly recommend you bring your old worn out but favorite shoes or boots and see what they can do! This is getting to be a hard to find service.

I brought a pair of beat-up black boots to ASAP Shoe Repair for shoe shining, and am very pleased with the results. The pricing was very reasonable, and the turn-around time was short! My boots have a new lease on life!

This shop does excellent work, and I highly recommend it for shoe and leather repairs. Repairs are timely and reaonably priced, and everything I've taken in for repair comes out looking brand new.
