DO NOT USE ALGONQUIN CAR WASH! THEIR CAR WASH RIPPED OUR BUMPER OFF OUR NEW CAR. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. WE ARE TAKING THEM TO COURT. THE VACUUMS ARE ALSO HORRIBLE.

I went there to get a car wash. I purchased a $6 wash and I gave the lady attendant a $20 .00 bill. While I was going thru the wash, I was putting my change away and realized I had only rec'd change for $10. I went back to the attendant and told her I had rec'd the wrong change. She argued with me so I went to the manager - she had already told him and he backed her up. He was very nasty and would not let me speak. . He told me to leave and he was done with me. I would never recommend this place to anyone and several friends and family are not going there as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!



I rarely go out of my way to rate a negative comment,... but after the service I got.. I absolutely have to. I had a mini detail done at this car wash for 22 dollars.. sounds like a fair deal? Boy was I wrong.. For 22 dollars I have dirty finger prints all over the inside of my car. I went back to talk to Bic, the manager and told him that I JUST got out of the car wash and noticed these prints ALL over the inside of my car. He went to speak with a lady who had cleaned the inside windows and her hands were clean, but I asked to see the other guy who was cleaning out my mats (who also helped to clean the inside) and he was no where to be seen. Surprise.. I'm sure they hustled him in the back to clean his hands. When I addressed the situation they looked completely oblivious and started to turn the situation around and began blaming me.. yeah.. right.. like I'm going to purposely rub DIRT all over the inside of my car, especially in the areas they would have to touch in order to clean the windows. What really got to me was they made it seem like it was no big deal and even started laughing .. trying to make me look stupid.. What kind of "professional" business are they running here? Go here if you want fast-food type business on your car. I'm bringing my car to a place that doesn't take 10 minutes to race through the inside of my car. I even tipped them pretty well.. Last time im tipping before doing a full inspection. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else! Good Bye Algonquin Car Wash.

I gave them one star because I could not give zero. Worse possible customer service I have ever had to deal with. They will never get my repeat business. Rude and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place.

Absolutely do not go there! Yes they have a 3 dollar car wash but why get it when all they do is hassle you and tell you why not to get it and why it won't work for your car. Then why have it if its not a good wash. Stand behind your product! I brought my jeep to get it detailed and asked them if they could get the marks on my hood out and they said no problem. I picked it up and no better than when I got there. Now I figured they would do a good job because they charged me extra for an SUV??? I have a jeep wrangler with a soft top which has less surface area than a small car. The last thing and final straw is I went threw the car wash today and it ripped my tail light off, scratched and dented my jeep. I went in to let them know and they told me there is nothing they can do because it is a jeep and the tail lights aren't sunk into the vehicle. He also told me this has happened a few times in the past. Why don't you say something then before I go in. If I had the option I would have never used your destructive car wash if I knew there was a chance it could rip off my tail light. Now I have to go get this fixed and pay for it myself.



NEVER GO THERE!

I went to purchase an auto wash and while I was there the man behind the counter was giving me a hard time about purchasing another car wash I did not wish to purchase and he wouldnt take no for an answer. I simply told him "No thanks, I'm ok" and he proceeded to tell me " Well, I know your ok. I'm telling your what your car needs.", with an attitude!! Then proceeded to roll his eyes at the young lady that was sitting behind the register with him. I dont know if this man simply thought I was a kid and he could just talk to me like I'm an idiot or if he has no respect for woman cause he thinks we dont know anything. But I did not appreciate his DEMEANER towards myself. I will also let anyone that talks to me about this car wash know what a JERK he was and how he treats people. I've been in customer service for 13 years and if you ask me this man has horrible customer service and should not be working with people...

The full service wash, "mini detail" is well worth the money. I had a coupon for $14 (reg $19), and they hand dry the exterior and vacuum and clean all of the interior and glass. Excelent carwash. If you don't like spots on your car then pay the extra couple buck for a real wash. Otherwise don't complain, do it yourself.

Don't ever go there. You are better off going to a gas station car wash. I bought the top $10 wash, had to self vacuum, then when I got it home I had to re-do all the chrome because their wash left it spotty. Ultimately I took it to a real carwash, FAST Eddies. For $5 more I got a clean and spot free exterior and interior. I'd like to get my $10 back...Very Disappointed. Don't go their.
