This is the WORST Guitar Center in existance. Very few items, little equipment and even fewer knowledgeable employees. Besides selling me a $599 broken keyboard, The staff at Algonquin G.C. is the dirtiest bunch of shmucks I've ever met. They are rude, uninformed, lazy and jerk salesman types. If you want to feel ripped off right when you walk in, go here. But if you want a worthy guitar store you'll probably have to go to arlington heights or chicago.

Guitar Center is amazing. Just because they screwed up with the price doesn't mean the management sucks. you're the idiot who wouldn't pay the extra 200 bucks. you would have had to pay the normal price even if they had the right price. if you hadn't refused, and just paid the extra 200 dollars, you wouldn't have gotten ripped off, and you would have your guitar.

In Oct 08 I made a $550 purchase by using their Guitar Center credit card during an incentive for this card. The product was not in the store. They were to call me when it came in. They called when it was in BUT said they charged the wrong price and wanted an ADDITIONAL $200. I refused to pay the additional amount. They charged me the $550 anyway without delivering the product. I got the bill from the credit card company for $550. I called corporate, if you could get a person and not a machine to answer, I got no help and no return calls. Now I have the bill without the product and pretty much told to pay the rest or just pay the bill without the product. STORE MANAGEMENT SUCKS, SHOP ELSEWHERE!
