I have been a patient of both Dr. Rachel and Pamorn Kulsak for many years. Thought very highly of their practice until recently - I scheduled a wellness exam - that is covered 100% by my insurance ($0 co-pay required). When I arrived for my appointment, the office administrator asked me for $150.00 for the visit and said I could not see the doctor unless I paid her first. I called my HMO and they confirmed my visit was 100% covered and they refused to let me see the doctor. They were very rude, unprofessional and in violation of their contract with my HMO. It's unfortunate that I had to find another doctor to do business with - but they should not treat their patients this way.
