I brought my dog in to Petsmart for grooming and will never do so again. When I dropped him off I told the groomer to shave him at so his hair was 1" throughout his body. When I picked him up, they had shaved his entire body almost to his skin and left his hair on his head long. It looks like his head does not even belong on his body. By far the worst groomer I've ever been to in the past 20 years. All I can say is their staff is inexperienced, inconsiderate, and extremely unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PETSMART GROOMING TO ANYONE.

If I could give them 0 stars i would! I took my two little dogs to get groomed and after 3 hours picked them up. When I got home I was terrified to find out that they were both bleeding from deep cut wounds the groomer failed to mention. She was well awared of the problem since she tried to glue the cuts together but were soooo deep they needed stitches! After 21/2 long hours at the animal hospital I had 2 very drowsy and in pain dogs. I will never go there again!!!!
