Be careful if you are planning to use of this travel agency.



Party of 6 joined their 17 days South America tour in Feb. 2015. Pre-trip services was poor. Was told there are 58 in group but ended up having 14. Was told there will be no group leader (tour leader) from LA to Lima segment, ended up with no tour leader the whole time. Group of 14 included elderly (80+ y.o. and people who don't even know English) This agency basically just consolidate customers from all over United States and Canada and then "sell" them to local tour agencies in each of the stop.



Claims to use some 5 star international brands but Sheraton in Lima is old, filthy and not the Sheraton brand one would imagine. It is closer to a 3 star in China (Just to name one example）



This company uses a hotel which is very far from the Carnival venue. Normal maximum duration from this hotel is 1 hour 30 minutes with traffic jam at the event. It took us close to 5 hours and we missed a good part of the show. The whole holiday mood was spoiled. This was due to conflict between this tour agency and local bus company.



This company cut corners left and right and CANNOT be trusted. If you are thinking about South America tour, be very very very careful when making your choice.
