This may have been just a one time incident but I arrived at this store on a Monday morning looking to see if I could a buy a USB cable for my phone in order to download music. All of the staff didn't make eye contact and simply ignored me. I thought maybe all four of them were helping the other two customers in the store. No! They proceeded to help another person who entered the store after me. I let that go b/c I'm not one to be petty. But three other people walk in and they tell them that we should sign in first so I'm just stuck there waiting like an idiot as they assist them first.



I was wondering why they would have a security guard in the store. It's because they provide such poor service they probably anger a lot of customers. I never got any assistance that day as my wife returned from the Starbucks right around the corner as they were able to prepare her white chocolate mocha late' before they even said a word to me.



Maybe it was just a one time incident. Maybe it wasn't.
