Candy properties one of the worst management companies out there please do not rent whatsoever from them They are neglectful they do not take care of any repairs they make a big deal to satisfy a tenant that’s paying rent they are so I have bad manners they’re lazy and professional every time he called Office they sound bothered customer service! I seen it with my own eyes I was out for a manager for them I quit her personal issues with them! Also would like to keep the profit from people! If Your a owner do not work with them at all choose another management company to Mange your apartments.

This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. We had a sewer line burst in our apartment due to poor facilities, they admitted fault, and they did nothing about it. We demanded a test for mold. They did nothing. Our wood floors were warpt and the apartment stunk! We tried to deal with Alice and Jonathan, the "managers" but they have no sense of customer service, follow up, or consideration of any of their customers. Never returned phone calls, always late for meetings. Because of the lack of service we had no choice but to move out. Be prepared to lose your security deposit regardless of how clean or well kept your place is. They made up a phony invoice from a worker to try and justify painting costs we should not have been responsible for. Money hungry company that refuses to fix or repair anything. Do not live at the Silver Fern apartments in Arcadia,or anywhere else managed by this horrible company.
