My father is seeing one of the doctor in this clinic for 4 yrs. They just moved to this new facility and recruited more doctors. However this place always overbooked. It always take more than 1.5 hours for a 10 minutes visit. Not to mention doing tests. My father did a stress test and IV Adensoine Myoview test. The total time for the test is about 30 minutes, but we were there at 11:30 am till 5 pm, eventhough we were told that there will be a 3 hrs interval for the waiting time for the scan. Today, we went back for the echo ultra sound and suppose to see the doctor to discuss the result. We were there at 3:00pm and got out at 6:45 pm. It's ridiculous that they think the patients always have all the time in the world to just wait around in the clinic. I have to work and to take off time to just sitting there for hours. why they have to book so many patients in one day???? $$$ I guess.
