Established in 2011. OUR Company MAY BE NEW but we have personnel with 19+ years of experience in installation. Service. And customer care. Just because a Company has been in business for many years and spends millions of dollars in advertising doesn't mean its the best CHOICE. NO matter HOW long a security Company has been in business they are only AS good AS their customer service reps and field technicians. Does it make sense to PAY $35-$60 PER month for 24HR monitoring. Have to PAY $150+ for a 1HR service call. Then have to wait UP to a week.
