Bright place for pan-Asian vegetarian food

I am a big fan of Vietnamese and Chinese food, but I often pass on soups because I most restaurants serve meat- or fish-based broths. Loving Hut solves that problem: it's a vegan restaurant, so I can eat anything there. I really enjoyed the pho — very savory.
