My experience with New Century BMW was horrible. I requested for a point inspection, Smog, windshield wiper change. About an hour later I called to ask the service rider about my smog because I didn’t see it noted on my ticket. Joe the service- rider informed “I’ll add it to the ticket”. And everything was fine with my car accept the front arm-bushings but he has to call the warrant company. I tried to give him my warrant agreement # so if anything wrong with the car he’d have that info but he didn’t take it.
When he called me back with a price he forgot to talk to parts so he had to call me back again with a break- down because I kept asking and he didn’t know. When he finally had all his information together he called me back and I told him I’d have to come back to make an appointment. Joe told me “well I can’t do the smog or wipers for you because then I have to place another ticket order and I have too many customer….I would have thought during all this time my car was sitting there not getting any work done because he didn’t have the pricing for me he could have had the smog performed which was the main reason I dropped my car off..

Not to mention he told me I needed all kinds of other stuff done to my car. Fluids, and coolant…..The kicker is I just had my coolant replaced and serviced a month ago. At that time I know if this place was a rip off, dishonest and rude…..How are you going to tell me you have too many other customers…..TOO M ANY CUSTOMERS THAT FALL FOR THE UNNESSCARY REPAIRS TO THEIR VIHICLES?? TOO MAY PEOPLE THAT ARE GOING TO SPEND MORE MONEY THEN ME?? SORRY MY $100.00 SMOG AND WHIPER CHANGE WAS NOT WORTH SPENING TIME ON.

I had a M3 that was having problems with engine shaking, since I live in Alhambra I figure I should take it to the closest BMW dealership, I took it in, they charged me $200 something just to look at it, took them a whole day just to tell me that I needed a new CPU, and they were going to charge me $3000 something for the job, now that was not a small number, so I decided to go pick up my car and find somewhere else to go, they tell me my car doesn't even start so I needed to get it towed!! WOW, now I had to spend another amount just to get the vehicle towed to another mechanic BMW specialist, and guess what!!? when the car arrived they told me that all I needed was new spark plugs and spark plug wires, and that someone purposely messed around with some wires so the car wouldn't start... now I wonder who messed around with those wires... hmmm...
