Provided by YP.comSo good! The Hainan chicken is the best around SGV and prices are good too. The only downside is that it's a very small restaurant so it's always crowded and parking is only residential and sometimes hard to find. Beyond the chicken their pastas are tasty as well.

Provided by YP.comI liked this place a lot. Hanian chicken rice was good but portion was small.

Provided by YPmobileJust left the place, ordered (2) take out hainam chx. Upon ordering was told to wait outside. The old lady@ cashier was rude & unpleasant. Noticed someone else was waiting outside and his was brought to him within a few minutes. I waited nearly 40 minutes, until finally decided to inquire inside. The same rude old lady states "we look for you outside", wherein I was out there starving and kept looking at the (only) door, never seen anyone bring out my order. This old lady is a lier and most likely racist, since I am a non Chinese customer. It was obvious she treated other customers much nicer.... never set foot at this dawn place anymore. Gave one star, should be zero

Provided by YP.comSavoy epitomizes the Chinese American cafe trend. They have their well known Chinese dishes but they also have several American / French dishes such as escargot and pizza.
I think their Hainan Chicken is one of the best I've ever had. The slow poaching of the chicken makes it extremely tender and the flavor that's been infused in the rice is wonderfully aromatic! In addition, the side sauces of ginger / garlic + their spicy mixture is a wonder condiment to go along with a flavorful dish.
Their curries are also a wonderful choice. I especially like their beef curry, but the chicken is also just as good.
Most dishes are around $7 which is a bargain given the portions they provide. I wasn't to impressed by the escargot, although it was very tasty sitting in the butter and garlic mixture.
Unlike other Cantonese Cafes, their drinks don't seem to come with free refills, but their iced cappuccino is wonderfully tasty and not overly heavy with cream and sugar.
I would give Savoy a 5 star if their location was just a bit bigger. It's even tight seating for parties of 2.
