Wagner P.T. offers home-based physical therapy, specializing in older adults. This includes an assessment and treatment of stroke, post-surgical, joint replacement rehab, balance training, physical therapy for osteoporosis, & general fitness training. Our goal is to enable older adults to maximize their independence, mobility and function in their home environment, enabling "aging in place" - remaining in your home as long as possible. We accept Medicare, Blue Shield and private pay.
