Worst experience ever!!! Surprised the office manager hasn't been charged w/ insurance fraud. After 2 months of fighting w/ them we finally got our prescription from them, long after they were paid. Office manager lies to everyone to make herself look good & only upon threat of lawsuit & numerous calls from our insurance provider & did she finally give us our perscription. We even had a zero balance receipt, but since we try to complain to her bosses she fabricated a story so she wouldn'tget in trouble & they believed her w/o checking her facts. I'd be surprised if they are in business much long. They promised us a certain fee of $40 & ended up charging us & the insurance hundreds of dollars. It would be cheeper to drive to Corpus Christi to a more reputable business.
