Awesome company all family run and operated such personal and honest people. I always called them on any a/c problem and without a doubt fast reliable service!! I highly recommend this business! Also for the previous comment (S.s.) if I'm not mistaken August 19th was the day after the owner had passed away...with all the service technicians being his son-in-laws I have to say it's rather rude you expected them to put their time of sadness aside to help you. They need their time to grieve and since then o have called them and again an amazing service they did! Always a client and R.I.P. to founder William Durin.

the house is so hot we had to pay out of pocket to stay in a hotel. It has been 2 days with little answers and it is summer, you can imagine how hot it is inside. After calling to get some answers for my parents I was treated rudely over the phone. unprofessional and not understanding that it is very hot. If you cannot fix it when you say you will atleast give the money back, so I can contract someone who can.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They charge for every little thing and don't take responsibility for any of their mistakes. They installed a new AC unit and has been giving us problems ever since (WARRANTY IS USELESS). Wish I had done my research before hiring them. Hopefully this warns people and prevents any more wrong doings.

Company made several calls to fix a fan & wiring issue however nothing works, in fact everything they done made it worst.. they know how to charge however fixing anything seems to be lacking in there service. After $800.00 I still have nothing working and they seem to just not know how to fix anything. If you hire them it is most likely the only thing you will get is to waste your money and not get anything for it. Beware

They came to Fix ac. First they came said it was going to cost $300 to fix, after charging $160 to look at it. They came back and put the part on.. For $300. Our ac worked worse then before. They returned next week, said it was something else. And charge another $80 for work they didn't do! First techs charged us $60 to drive to us, while the second tech only charged $5. DO NOT CALL THEM!! They will charge for everything and not fix the problem!!



So $540 later our ac is still not working! They are not a very good company and have no idea what they are doing!!

Finally, I've found an honest air conditioning company. I highly recommend anybody calling them!
