Very deceptive. Was told by Internet Business Development Consultant Lauren Hardy that I was approved for a 2014 vehicle and asked to come in , drove 90 miles to be told vehicle sold day prior despite being told to go in that same morning. When asked for a comparable deal, sales person stated I was initially approved for a 2012 not a 2014 and could not offer comparable deal. When asked to speak to Lauren, was told she was gone for the day despite her greeting us when we walked in. Don't trust them.

Thieves!! They wanted to give me half of the value for my truck. I guess the oilfield leaving is kicking their asses. Buyer beware dont go here cause ur asking to get screwed.

Terrible customer service and no one willing to help out. Took them 4 months to get my registration paperwork. After many phone calls from myself, my wife, and my insurance/lending company, my wife finally had to make the trip from Corpus to Alice to talk to someone who could actually help us. Do not shop for a vehicle at this dealership.

Best customer service ever. They just opened a new facility state of the art building. When they say they will beat anyone's price they really do make it happen. They are under new management and the new management has really done a great job with helping customers such as myself get into a new car. I would recommend to my family and friends all day long. Give them a call, you will not regret it.

Go somewhere else. The sales manager sat me down at the table and tried to convince me he was doing me a favor and reducing the car price $2000 below market value. The sales price he quoted me on his worksheet was $500 dollars above the price they had advertised on the internet. My salesman "Albert" would never return my calls after telling me he would call me back. I finally told them I am taking my business elsewhere. They seem as if they could care less if they sell a car, or they are just into playing games, either way I'll never buy a car from them in the future..
