No I am not a competitor, I live there right now in fact. Until the end of the month anyway. I wish I would have believed the reviews before I moved in.In the past year of living there, the copper piping in the bathroom, both bedrooms, and in the living room, have burst FIVE times. This required a repair crew each time for a week each time that cut huge holes in the drywall, pulled up the carpeting, and we had to live there with these noisy blowers and dehumidifiers running 24 hours a day. I have about 50 pictures of all this by the way if you would like to see them.

As if that isnt enough, the garbage disposal works but if you use it, the sink will back up. If you cook, the fire alarms will go off, people will party until all hours of the night and vomit outside your door, and urinate on cars in the garage. The walls are RIDICULOUSLY thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next apartment.

The maintenance staff there are a bunch of good guys, but the rest of the staff just radiates "Snob" wherever they go, and pretty much do not give a crap if you have problems with anything. As far as they are concerned, if you dont like something, move out. They have no problems replacing you. When you go in to sign the lease they are all SUPER nice and welcoming, but after that... screw you. The office staff is made up of low rent, bitter, Stuck up, trailer trash that thinks they have more authority than they do.

Great location, but its not worth all the other crap. Do not live here. You have been warned.

Beware ALL you apartment seekers looking to the lure of a beautiful Apartment complex that appeals to your visceral standards. Shea properties manages this monstrosity, and is very Draconian in doing so!! It is by far the WORSED managed Apartment complex I have ever lived in. I can't believe there isn't more complaints regarding how it is run. The managers are sociopathic in their methods no matter how you wish that term defined!! Beware, if one thing for you goes awry, there WILL be hell to pay. I believe arrogance is to blame when it comes to ANYTHING Shea properties manages in Orange county considering it appears they manage close to 3/4s of the complexes in this county. This isn't a vendetta on my part...just be wary of whom you have to pay your rent to; if it's Shea, I hope you are familiar with California's landlord-Tenant law, or else I don't like your chances of surviving your lease agreement!!
