I took my old 2003 Ford Focus to these folks, probably half a dozen times over the course of three years. Every time I dropped it off, I felt totally confident that the car was in good hands. The good people at Mission Auto Service always let me know exactly what was wrong and whether or not they needed to do anything. They were honest and reasonably priced and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable, honest mechanic in south Orange County

Upon moving to CA from out of state, I needed a good mechanic to help me become emissions compliant. I assumed there would be several problems with my car. I dropped my vehicle off at Mission Auto Service with a list of things I thought were broken. It turned out to be fairly simple and was certainly within my budget. Their honesty made me a regular customer. I have gone back for several repairs since.

Over the course of this past year, I have had the great fortune of having all three of my cars serviced by Rob and his team at Mission Auto Service. We have had services ranging from installing a new engine to having our tires rotated. Each and every time Bill, the friendly gentleman who greets you upon arrival, has stayed in constant contact with us to keep us apprised of where we are at in the process.

Having been raised by parents who had a similar business, I can tell you that the customer is the priority and a successful business owner needs to make every effort to minimize surprises. I love the fact that the quotes are accurate and that every one of the guys takes care of my vehicles the way I do.

I have referred many of my friends and clients to Mission Auto Service and will continue to do so. Thank you to Rob and LeAnn for taking care of our families vehicles and we look forward to working with you in the future.

My baby is a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible (black) and the only auto shop that I allow to work on this car is Mission Auto Service. It has taken me years to find an auto shop that I can trust to make quality repairs to my little classic (not to mention to my various Mercedes).

With 5 drivers in our family, we have 6 vehicles of all makes: GMC, Chevy, Nissan, Honda, and Toyota. It seems like one of them is constantly in need of a service, and taking them to the dealer gets expensive. Since learning about Mission Auto Service, we've been taking all our cars there for both regular service and the occasional problem. They are fast, courteous, and much cheaper than the dealers. It's such a difference when you work with a small, family-owned business whose only concern is making sure you're treated right. We'll be taking all our cars there from now on!

This is definitely the place to go if you want honest, reliable, reasonably priced service on your car. I would recommend them without reservation!

These guys are great and they do a great job. They also have a payment plan they offer with no credit checks, that's right no credit checks. I will definitely be a longtime customer and refer friends and family.

Last time I got my oil changed Bill at the front desk remembered my name! Wow. I have an older car and the guys there keep it running great without selling me a bunch of stuff I don’t really need. I have already referred several of my friends to Mission Auto and will continue to in the future. First class service at a good price!

The service at MIssion auto was great. The service was fast and cheap and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I will return again!

The people that know me best understand that I treat my car like an investment. I really make sure the outside is looking good like day one... So I am very particular on whom I let work on the inside… Mission Auto Service is that place I trust to work on my vehicle with a doubt. From my first visit, I knew this place was not like any other… Bill treats everyone like a person and explains everything so that everyone can understand without a puzzled look on your face… He enjoys talking with people so if you have time to sit and wait, spend some time talking about anything…



Each time I take my car, I leave knowing of the good work that was done and that I wasn’t over charged for something that I didn’t need…



I’m there regularly for oil changes and other maintenance checks so when they tell me I need something, I truly know that I need it…

I normally do not do this; however, I've been inspired to let you all know of a wonderful Auto Service company that I recently had an experience with. I currently own an Infiniti QX56 and due to the outragious cost at the dealership for a 60,000 mile service, I decided to try Mission Auto Service in Aliso Viejo.



I dropped my car off Monday morning and within 20 minutes after arriving home, I received a call from my son's school. He had been in an accident. Needless to say, I forgot about my car and spent the rest of the day with him at the hospitial. (Other than a broken collar bone, he is fine now).



When I came home, my car was here waiting for me along with the invoice that was a FRACTION of what the dealer was going to charge. I went over it with a fine tooth comb, thinking they must have forgotten something. They didn't. Evidently, the mechanics are paid by the hour; therefore, they have no incentive to find anything wrong with your car. In the Suggetions/Recommendations box, it states "Front and Rear brake pads both excellent with 70% remaining". WHAT?

This shop is owned by a family who lives in our community with kids who go to our schools. Besides the fact that they do excellent work, they really do care. I strongly recommend them for your auto maintenance needs.

honest mechanic with competitive rates. been going to him for a couple of years now with no problems. he even picked me up from my house when my car was done and provided a child seat for my daughter. they go above and beyond.
