Phil and Lena run an efficient business. Their prices are very reasonable and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. In addition, when I mentioned that I might sell my car, Phil pointed out a detail that will save me money if the timing is right even though the advice prevents him from earning more from me.

This place of business provides a necessary service but Phil and Lena's warm and professional demeanor made it a pleasure to do business with them.

This is now the second time I used this company. I was pleased with the service and price. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to a friend.

This is the local smog shop I have been using for years; the shop is clean and organized and the staff is well trained and honest. I have entrusted them with all of my car over the last several years and I won't go anywhere else! Fair pricing, quick service, and good people. Highly recommend!

I found the service to be very efficient and was economically priced.

The family owners of Smog Express are super friendly and conduct business professionally. They get you in and out fast. I 'm a former owner of a Smog Test and Repair Station (now retired) and I noticed important procedures they perform prior to testing. Over and above there normal calibration procedures, I noticed they use large fans in the bay area, venting out possible air contaminations from prior testing, they also wipe down the test probe after each test. This could benefit the overall test results.



My Tip! Before having a smog test, its important to have a clean air filter. The engines oil should be clean and not past due.

Very friendly and courteous people, fast service, and a nice lounge. I have rarely seen smog places of that caliber. Don't forget to print the online coupon and bring it with you. I will definitely return there next time.

Classy and friendly. Can't beat it!

First off, directions were very clear, I couldn't miss it. Then when I got there, the service was fast! Very friendly people and at a price that you can't beat. (I was getting charged around 70 dollars elsewhere) I would HIGHLY recommend this business!

I had asked my girlfriend to research the local test only stations around. She boiled it down to 2. One by her house and Smog Express. After driving by the other place, I immediately called Smog Express and the man on the phone treated me like I was family.



The family owned operation is run by professionals. I was in and out within 20 minutes and after the test I was shown the test results. I appreciate that. In addition, I was informed that the test was sent to the DMV electronically and that I could go down to AAA (if I was a member, which I am) and pay my registration for no additional charge and receive a new sticker immediately. I did and my car is registered.

Extremely Quick, just called and they said c'mon down, they took me in right away. The shop is very clean and Bill and Lina were so friendly. My wife has used them in the past also and we couldn't be happier with the service. We would highly recommend them!

The service was great. The people running it were nice & friendly. They were able to accomadate me on my lunch hour, I was in and out in no time. The place was very clean with chairs and some magazines to look at while you wait. I would definetly recommend this establishment.

Bill& Lena have been doing my smog for years. I have always have been treated with the up most respect& their service has been excellent. Smog Express has honest& fair service.

1. They quote a price and do not mention the certificate until I got there. She said "I only asked about the smog test." Well being new to CA I didn't know I needed to. EVERY place I called after mentioned it without me asking.



2. While I was there they were unable to complete a test on a LATE MODEL LEXUS.



3. The man worker was chewing out the woman worker (I think his wife) for all to hear.



4. From looking at their set up they are obviously new at this and look like they could be gone tommorow.



Just go somewhere else.

They said it would take 20 min and it was ready before that. Nice people to do business with.

I cannot recommend Bill and Lina more :) I had a horrible experience at Purrfect Auto in Lake Forest, CA so I was really apprehensive about where I took my car the 2nd time, from the time I spoke to Bill on the phone to make my appointment I was pleased with their service. It's just a little place in the middle of an Auto repair center, but they make you feel comfortable and at ease about the whole experience, plus they have a wide variety of magazines to read and I was in and out in about 20 mins. Bill also gave me cards with coupons which he honored that visit and gave me one my next time and for a friend.
