The sales man was nice but the financial guy was horrible. Promised to matched another company's gap insurance but when he wrote up the loan tried to add $400. Fortunately I caught it and he had to change it. Also within the first 30 days I found an issue with the car but he was unwilling to get it fixed. In addition I had already had to put $500 into the with estimate of another $500 in the near future. All of the repairs should have inspected before the car was put up for sale.

Just bought a Traverse at Grand Allegan. Best experience I ever had buying a car. Got a great price and they made everything go so smoothly. I really could not ask for more. I definitely won't go anywhere else for a new car.

Was looking at a 3 year old use car at this dealership with 50K miles on it. Thought price seemed high ($13000) so asked salesman what the same car brand new cost, he told me ($30000) This was just with basic standard options. I looked on autotrader within a 100 mile radis for this car and there were 792 brand new 2015's at GM dealers under $20K. Even Grand Allegan has one for just $21K ???? I guess the used one for 13 would not have looked like such a good deal if I was told the TRUTH ! Do your own Homework when looking for a car and learn what you should pay. Seeing how the salesman here is not looking out for YOU !

They overcharge. They wanted $900.00 for an oil change and engine flush.
