This is the only score Dan Carter should have...initially it came up a three star...I'll try to correct it I was more than happy ...A great staff too..

We recently had an event with Daniel Carter Auctions , it was very professionally managed and conducted...

I wish there were a negative amount of stars to give the customer service for mr and mrs carter of Daniel a carter auctions and event center. We were pressed for time and had to book since it was the only available space for our event and now we know why. Every person we spoke with warned us but we didn't listen and wished we had. Dan convinced us we would be taken care of and in a small town your word means everything but this man has no respect and his words mean nothing. Telling us he would do xy and z and then conveniently changing what he said in the real contract, blaming us for things not done he promised he would do for us- not to mention you could never reach anyone in the office for anything and if you finally did and had a question it would take weeks to get an answer. If you asked a question or for something that should be expected mr and mrs carter spoke rudely to you since they already had money in hand. Everyone told us so I hope I do someone a Favor by saying please listen it is not worth the stress for your event too-pay extra or whatever you have to do to avoid working with the Carter's. They are a disgrace to our small hometown's good businesses and people
